Hello. My name is Gail Forshee and I have been baking cakes for my family and friends for 35 years. I have always been a stay-at-home mom of 4 children and now have 4 grandchildren. I decided to start this business after my kids left home and my husband retired. Cake decorating has always been a passion of mine, and now I have the time to pursue it as a home business. I love to research new designs and feel there is almost nothing you can't do in cake. People always appreciate a good meal but a beautiful, tasty dessert is always remembered and prized. I love to celebrate special occasions and will go the extra mile to make your special occasion even more special with a fantastic creation!      When ordering a cake from me you are assured of :

First of all, I CAN NOT SHIP cakes. Unfortunately, I cannot be sure the cake will arrive in the condition it left me. I will, however, ship cookies, date bars, pound cakes and such, with the understanding that they will be packed with the greatest of care but I cannot be responsible for the condition in which they arrive, since I have no control over that. You may pick up your order or I will deliver for a delivery fee of $25 within 25 miles and $50 26-50 miles. Deliveries over 50 miles (if available) will be $75 plus mileage.*

Because every cake I do is so custom, prices vary from cake to cake depending on the number of servings, what kind of materials used for the artwork, labor time (biggest factor), cake flavors, special ingredients and if special equipment is needed. Pricing for a basic 3D or sculpted cake begins at $50.
